Art. 1 Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the Staturel.com website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Art. 2 Products

The products offered are medical compression socks of class 1 (15-20 mmHg). The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product sheet.

Staturel reserves the right to modify its range at any time.

Art. 3 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Delivery costs are specified before order validation.

Staturel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Art. 4 Order

The order is validated after payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer.

Art. 5 Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe or PayPal. The debit is immediate.

Art. 6 Delivery

Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days in mainland France. Transport risks are borne by the seller until delivery to the customer.

Free delivery for purchases over €50.

Art. 7 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

For hygienic products (socks), the right of withdrawal only applies if the product has not been worn and retains its original packaging.

Art. 8 Warranty

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Art. 9 Personal data

The data collected is necessary for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

Art. 10 Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
